This charming cottage is within easy reach of the popular fishing village of Ilfracombe and beautiful beach of Woolacombe where surfers come to enjoy the great waves and rookies can hire a board or take a lesson from one of the friendly local surf schools. Renowned for its three-mile long stretch of golden sand facilities and lifeguards that ensure safe family swimming during the summer months. Further afield you have the picturesque villages of Saunton Croyde and Braunton known for their sandy beaches and also popular with surfers. During your stay why not take a trip to Ilfracombe Harbour which boasts an array of cafes shops and restaurants along with an array of actives to do from the quayside. On entering this beautiful cottage you are greeted by the open-plan lounge/diner which boasts beautiful exposed wooden beams across the ceiling. Within the lounge area you have two leather sofas and a TV great for those nights in after a fun filled day at the beach and exploring the local area. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal the dining area offers seating for six as well as a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge with ice compartment and the washing machine is located under the stairs. Heading upstairs you will find three beautifully dressed bedrooms two doubles and one twin. You will also find a spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC on this floor. Venture outside where you can enjoy 100 acres of beautifully landscaped shared grounds which boasts a small fishing lake picnic tables and use of a shared swimming pool (open from Whitsun until the end of September).
