The kitchen area is well-equipped and offers an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. From here a door leads into the shower room and is beautifully presented with a feature antique wash-stand shower and WC. Located on the other side of the lounge there is a small single bedroom and from here the accommodation leads through to a beautifully light and airy double bedroom with French doors to the garden. Please note that this is a character property and even though the accommodation is arranged on one floor there are some split levels separated by steps both inside and out. Venturing outside a beautiful enclosed cottage garden with patio garden furniture garden games and charcoal BBQ is located at the rear of the property. Further to this you are welcome to explore the 35 acres of land extending to Crowdy Reservoir and Bodmin Moor. Ample off-road parking is available.
