This cottage enjoys a peaceful rural location on the owner s farm. Just three miles away is the town of South Molton which as well as having a range of shops and twice-weekly market is home to the world s largest exhibition of honey bees at the Quince Honey Farm where you can purchase a variety of artisan products from their own range. Keen walkers will enjoy the fact that Exmoor is just a short drive away whilst the towns of Bideford and Barnstaple are both within easy reach each offering a range of shops cafes and restaurants. This attractive converted barn offers upside-down style accommodation with the first-floor living area being accessed by a set of external stairs. This open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is spacious and light with the two distinct areas being separated by stairs leading to the ground-floor bedrooms.
