The cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard and is located in Devon s rolling heartland on the edge of the friendly village of Morchard Bishop a short stroll from the old village coaching inn renowned for its cuisine and real ales. The cottage offers a peaceful relaxing holiday base perfect for exploring the area. Right on the Two Moors Way the area is famous for its walks with over 40 designated footpaths from the village. The owners Alpaca herd is close by and visitors are welcome to say hello. They make great subjects for photographers and artists as does the surrounding countryside. Dartmoor and Exmoor are within easy reach as are numerous National Trust properties and RHS gardens including Rosemoor Knightshayes and Killerton House to name but a few. There are beaches within a short drive as is the historic cathedral city of Exeter with its excellent shops restaurants and entertainment. With far reaching views over the fields to distant Dartmoor you can enjoy a glass of wine on your patio after your busy day.
