The Hayloft is located on the edge of the popular Derbyshire town of Matlock which boasts grocery shops a local pub post office and swimming pool. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that this cottage neighbours a golf club while bird spotters can enjoy discovering the many feathered friends that call this area home. Spread out on three levels the cottage is accessed via the middle floor leading straight into the main reception rooms. The spacious lounge is perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking next to the log burning fire or playing a game with the family. Next door a separate dining area features wooden floors and a good-sized dining table. The dining area is conveniently open plan to the kitchen which has a farmhouse style tiled floor wooden units and pretty window letting in plenty of light. Downstairs the two main bedrooms one with a double bed and en suite shower room the other with two single beds and access to the family bathroom both feature cast iron beds for a good night s sleep. The third bedroom and its en suite loo can be found in the eaves of the cottage which has two further single beds a skylight and charming exposed beams. A small sunny patio with attractive garden furniture is the perfect spot to enjoy your evening BBQ. Or enjoy the large lawned garden and shared tennis court and games room which is well equipped to keep all the family entertained. This cottage is one of two cottages at the same location which can be booked together to sleep 12 people it is possible for 12 people to dine together in either of the barns - the other is The Byre - Matlock. The shared tennis court and games room will be open to guests with time slots available hand sanitiser will be provided for guests to wipe down equipment before/after use.
