Moving up to the first floor guests will find two of the property s three bedrooms: a king-size room which benefits from its own TV and a pretty twin room. The bathroom on this floor has bath and WC. The second floor is home to the sunny master bedroom a king-size with a TV and an en-suite shower room with WC. To the rear of the property there is a raised decked patio which leads directly off the lounge and offers a table and chairs which make this a great space to enjoy a family BBQ or alfresco drinks. A large passageway to the side of the property can be used for access to the garden and decking area perfect for surfboards and bikes etc. Four steps lead down from the decked area to a lawn giving guests a little more space in which to relax.
