In the summer months a ferry runs across the estuary to the nearby village of Instow where visitors will find a yacht club beach and even more places to eat. On the first floor of this stylish cottage you will find the lounge which is a wonderfully relaxing light-filled space with stunning estuary views inviting sofas TV DVD and hi-fi. Guests should be careful that children take care here as the staircase leads directly into the room itself. On this floor there are three bedrooms: two doubles and one single room all of which are lovely restful spaces with understated muted colours. The bathroom also on the second floor offers a shower-over-bath with WC. Outside there is an enclosed patio garden to the rear of the property with garden furniture.
