This charming annexe is situated two miles away from Welcombe Mouth beach. Visitors are free to roam the farm and watch the staff go about their daily work. Close to the Devon/Cornwall border there are many attractions and places of interest that are a short car journey away from the farm including RHS Rosemoor Gardens Docton Mill and Tapeley Park. The traditional villages of Clovelly and Hartland are also worth visiting to explore their shops pubs and cafés. There are also many scenic clifftop walks along the coastline for those who like to get out and about in the fresh air. The annexe is laid out on one floor. Upon passing through the main door there is a lounge/diner with a sofa and chair.
