The area surrounding the property has much on offer to visitors no matter what their tastes and interests including the traditional fishing village of Appledore the attractive harbour town of Bideford and the privately owned village Clovelly. Some of the attractions nearby include RHS Rosemoor The Milky Way and The Big Sheep both family adventure parks and the large sandy beach at Westward Ho! With so much to do your holiday can be as relaxing or as busy as you like. This converted barn is attached to the owner s house but has its own entrance and guests are assured of their privacy. The reverse level layout means that the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first of these is a double bedroom whilst the second bedroom is a twin room both have beamed ceilings and handy writing desks. The bathroom has a shower over bath and a WC. Upstairs the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has been unusually decorated to reflect the heritage of the building and has a lovely light and spacious feel to it thanks to the vaulted ceiling and the large windows which afford splendid views across the neighbouring fields. There is a wood burner in the lounge area to keep the room lovely and cosy no matter what the weather is like outside as well as a TV/DVD. Behind the lounge area the kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Venturing outside there is an enclosed patio garden with outside seating which gives guests a great place to sit out and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Additionally guests have access to a field which has a children s play area with a trampoline and climbing equipment. Guests should be aware that there is a pond at one end of the field so children will need careful supervision. There is also ample off-road parking available.
