There are two entrances to the barn either through the front door which has 6 steps down or through the garden patio doors which offers wheelchair access. On the ground floor you can find the modern open-plan lounge kitchen and diner. The lounge area offers plenty of comfy seating and a Smart TV. The dining area is situated in the lounge area and the large patio doors lets the natural light flood in and provides wonderful views of the garden and orchard whilst dining with the family. The hideaway kitchen benefits from an electric oven two ring hob fridge and microwave. The kitchen is discreetly covered by folding doors to provide a more homely feel in the evenings. Also on the ground floor you can find a pretty twin bedroom and contemporary wet room. The open-tread oak staircase winds its way up leading you to the beautifully presented double bedroom with pitched ceiling and wooden panelling.
