You can visit the idyllic thatched inn at Bickleigh for a bite to eat or a drink or take a guided tour of Bickleigh Castle both situated on the banks of the River Exe. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away offering great walks and beautiful scenery. This unique property comprises two separate buildings. Heading over to the shepherd s hut you will find the cosy sleeping area with double bed wood burner (logs included) and tea/coffee making facilities. Outside the property is fully enclosed and you will find a decked area with a large private sunken hot tub garden furniture and BBQ. There s a separate suntrap decked area outside the shepherd s hut providing a sunny spot to relax and sunbathe or just enjoy the peace and tranquillity. There is also a small separate paddock ideal for ball games or exercising your dog. Parking is available for two cars. Need to know: Range style gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
