Its rural location is quiet and peaceful and it is also within easy access of the breath-taking Lizard Peninsula one of Cornwall s quieter tourist destinations. The pace of life here is relaxed and easy and you can potter around on beaches take a pleasure boat cruise out to sea or try your hand at fishing. The village of Coverack just a mile from the property is home to The Paris Inn the village s well-regarded pub which offers a delicious menu including local seafood dishes. This detached property is a delightful place for a break away from the stresses of daily life. Enter the open-plan lounge/diner with its beamed ceiling and rest after your drive on the comfy sofas. The TV and DVD are here and just behind the main seating area the dining table comfortably seats four. The dining area leads through to the kitchen with its electric oven microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. The two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor: a double and a small bunk bedroom. The property s bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed patio area and an additional lawned area and of course guests are able to explore the farm and visit the animals. There is ample parking.
