This stone cottage is located in a courtyard along with seven other cottages situated on a 55-acre caravan and leisure park. The park benefits from many facilities including an indoor pool hot tub (over 16s only) games room and children s play park which are open year-round and seasonal facilities including bar mini cinema and takeaway. In the local area there is much to explore including the pretty harbour town of Looe which is less than two miles away The Eden Project and numerous lovely sandy beaches. This single-storey property is a lovely place for a break away. Its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV and DVD comfortable sofa and chairs and dining table seating four. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge with freezer compartment microwave and dishwasher. The two bedrooms are both tastefully and simply decorated the main room being a double with its own TV and the second room a twin. The bathroom has a bath and WC. Outside is a communal courtyard area with seating shared with other guests in the complex and ample parking. The complex itself has great leisure facilities (shared with other guests at the park) including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub for safety reasons. There is also a bar restaurant and hot food takeaway which is open during Easter Whitsun summer and Autumn half term holidays. On site play facilities include a children s play park and a games room with pool and air hockey. Need to know: 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom with bath and WC. Freeview TV and DVD. Due to the current situation the shared facilities will not be available until 25th July 2020. From 25th July 2020 onwards all facilities apart from the on site bar will be available with special measures in place for your safety .
