Whatever the time of year there is much to do on-site and in the local area. Enjoy the views of the sea and Looe Island from the shared pool sun terrace. You can also enjoy the breathtaking coastline with its string of sandy beaches and a mix of shops eateries and attractions. St Austell Bodmin the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are all an easy drive. Inside this spectacular manor house boasts grandeur elegance and plenty of space. Leave muddy boots and coats in the cloakroom before continuing through to the lounge which is situated in the middle of the house. Relax on one of the comfortable sofas while enjoying the TV DVD and Freeview or for a more formal affair retreat to the drawing room to warm up beside the wood burner while watching the TV/DVD while fellow guests play a game of snooker in the room next door. The spacious kitchen has been decorated in a traditional farmhouse style with wooden flooring a central island and timber worktops. Once prepared meals can be enjoyed in the sunny conservatory that s located off the lounge with fantastic rural and sea views. On the ground floor there is a family bedroom with king-size bed bunk beds and a TV. Upstairs you will find a master king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom shower and dressing area a double bedroom with en-suite shower and TV a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and TV a family room with a king-size bed 2 singles and an en-suite shower and TV and two twin bedrooms with hand basins. The bedrooms are all bright and spacious with large Georgian style sash windows and spotlighting above. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with shower over bath and WC. Outside the manor house is surrounded by stunning gardens. Enjoy al fresco meals in summer using the BBQ tables and seating before soaking in the private hot tub that overlooks the grounds. Guests are also invited to make the most of the wide selection of shared leisure facilities and activities on the holiday park. The complex itself has great leisure facilities (shared with other guests at the park) including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub for safety reasons. There is also a bar restaurant and hot food takeaway which is open during Easter Whitsun summer and Autumn half term holidays. On site play facilities include a children s play park and a games room with pool and air hockey.
