Set within 55 acres of rolling Cornish countryside this is a walker s paradise all year round. The traditional fishing ports of Looe and Polperro are a walk or short drive away and boast independent cafes shops and galleries as well as picture-perfect houses and pretty harbours. This coastline is also home to a string of sandy beaches and cliff-top walks offering the best scenery in the area. The lively city of Plymouth and Drake shopping centre are just 30 minutes away by car while popular St Austell Bodmin and the Eden Project are also within easy reach. Inside the accommodation is open-plan and modern with fresh décor wooden flooring and contemporary furniture. In the shaker style kitchen area you will find a fridge with freezer compartment microwave fan-assisted oven electric hob and dishwasher. Head to the separate dining room to tuck into your delicious meals before retreating back to the open-plan living area to unwind on the sofa in front of the TV/DVD and Freeview. There are two light and airy bedrooms one double with TV and one twin both featuring traditional oak furniture. The bedrooms share a bathroom with bath shower and WC. Outside is a communal courtyard area with seating shared with other guests in the complex and ample parking. The complex itself has great leisure facilities (shared with other guests at the park) including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub for safety reasons. There is also a bar restaurant and hot food takeaway which is open during Easter Whitsun summer and Autumn half term holidays.
