This property is situated in a rural location on the edge of the pretty village of Woolsery where visitors will find a convenient public house and fish and chip shop perfect if guests don t fancy cooking after a long drive. To the north of the property is the picturesque heritage village of Clovelly a privately-owned village which has been lovingly maintained to provide an interesting look at Devonshire life in times gone by with a number of craft workshops a museum pretty fishermen s cottage a working fishing quay and a small beach. A little way around the coast brings visitors to the stunning Hartland Peninsula where Hartland Quay provides breath-taking views and is an access point onto the South West Coast Path. Other attractions in the area include The Milky Way Adventure Park the harbour town of Bideford and the expansive beach at Westward Ho! As soon as you enter this handsome barn conversion you will be greeted with a welcoming basket of goodies to enjoy during your stay! Comfortable seating is clustered around the smart TV and DVD player in the spacious lounge/diner where there is also a Playstation games console with a selection of games. At the other side of the room the dining area has a dining table which comfortably seats six providing a great space for enjoying family meals. The kitchen is an equally spacious room and offers a second dining space in the form of a small breakfast table as well as an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs there are three relaxing bedrooms: a generously sized master bedroom with a double bed en-suite shower and WC; an additional double room which enjoys views over the surrounding countryside; and a twin room which benefits from its own TV. The property s bathroom has a bath separate shower cubicle and WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio area where the owners have provided garden furniture and a BBQ for guests enjoyment. There is ample private and gated parking available.
