On arrival you will encounter the bedrooms first; one double and one twin. The third bedroom is accessed via an open-tread staircase from the ground floor. This attractive galleried double is curtained off from the staircase. On the first floor is an open-plan social area that includes a lounge dining area and a kitchen. There is also a bathroom containing a shower over bath with WC. The lounge area centres around a TV/DVD a hi-fi and a wood burner to unwind at the end of a day s touring in front of. Wood is supplied (one basket) between October and April although logs are also available to purchase on-site. The kitchen area comes equipped with an oven and hob a fridge freezer a microwave and a dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available by arrangement. The property also has a sunroom with seating giving access to both the patio and the shared gardens. Step outside the property into the shared garden where the property has its own picnic table and a handy BBQ too. There is also ample off-road parking. For children there is a shared outdoor play area and guests are encouraged to the explore the grounds and see the various animals that live there including the donkey ponies and chickens.
